getfitwithnic: Nov26th I started a 30 Day ALL WATER Challenge. Which means I will only be drinking Water NO JUICE NO TEA! I am Not Fasting Yes I eat Food. I Do know that Drinking an Enormous Amount of Water (Gallons & Gallon over 3) In 1 Day in a short period of time can Kill you. I am Not doing that. I WOULD NEVER PROMOTE ANYTHING Harmful Here are Reason’s Why Water is So Imporant Transports nutrients and oxygen into cells Moisturizes the air in lungs Helps with metabolism Protects our vital organ Helps our organs to absorb nutrients better Regulates body temperature Detoxifies Protects and moisturizes our joints Clears Skin 2 Down! On my way to the store to buy 2 more!! #WaterChallenge Who’s with me?
getfitwithnic: Today is Day “30”of My 30 Day All Water Challenge! I Drank a Gallon of Water a Day with FOOD or Throughout my Day and I must say I Feel GREAT! On day 7 I lost a total of 4lbs smh I didn’t plan on losing weight so I had to consume more Protein and Eat Larger Portions of Food. My Goal is to Build More muscle and Gain 10lbs so this was definitely a Challenge for me that I couldn’t Drink any Protein Shakes. The Reason behind this Water Challenge is 1 day I was Training my Clients and I became really sick. I didn’t think much of it so I went to the Gym and begin doing my Normal Routines I started to feel very Lightheaded and that’s when I figured out I was Dehydrated. It’s never too late to take control of your Health and Drink the necessary amount of Water per day. I can’t say that I didn’t have my cravings for my Tea’s and Cran-Apples and it sucked to go into 1 of your fav restaurants and Not be able to Oder a Thai Tea lol but what I can say is my Body has never felt any better. I had to use the restroom a lot but for those who did not know this, when you urinate our body is getting rid of all the unnecessary toxins which is important for weight loss and your metabolism. So instead of drinking a Weight Loss Shake Grab a Bottle of Water. DRINK WATER!! 💦
